Project Overview:
Renovating this former factory into office and retail space entailed a new entry, core facilities, tenant spaces, structural and building envelope upgrades, new MEP systems, and site planning. Dyer Brown’s design followed USGBC guidelines, including high performance HVAC, finishes optimizing indoor air quality and recyclability, bicycle and shower facilities, and plumbing fixtures which reduced water use by 30%. We recently submitted two tenant spaces for LEED-CI certification.
