With its last renovation in the mid-90's, the 100 Summer Street lobby was long overdue for a refresh. Working closely with the Equity Office team, Dyer Brown Architects repositioned and brought new life to this centrally located Financial District tower with the introduction of a bright clean palette and unique geometries.
