Various National Locations
On an ambitious schedule and a tight budget, Dyer Brown developed a flexible open office concept that encourages collaboration and chance meetings between teams for Homesite Insurance.
Zones of collaboration are located along major paths of circulation to facilitate frequent informal meetings and chance connections. Employees also connect in a large central cafe, which incorporates a high-top table for standing meetings. Flooring and ceiling transitions take cues from the building's angles, while private offices and conferences spaces are arranged in bands to break up the expanse of the open floor.
Upon completion of Homesite's Boston headquarters, Dyer Brown was engaged to design a 60,000SF new office space in Arizona and has since been hired to expand the Boston office by another 25,000SF.
