As a preferred provider of architectural services for this confidential national professional services client, Dyer Brown recently completed the design of a new two-floor office build-out in their downtown Seattle location. The goal was to open the space up to the beautiful views and speak to the culture of Seattle in a way that would resonate with employees and clients.
The floors are knit together by a communicating stair surrounded by locally-sourced reclaimed wood, featuring a large installation commissioned from a local artist. Collaborative areas are integrated throughout, ranging from small focus rooms to larger semi-private spaces equipped with A/V and built-in seating to standing height bar areas with views overlooking the city. All offices and workstations have direct sight lines to the perimeter and access to natural light. The project received LEED-CI Gold Certification.
