Signage + Wayfinding:
Buckhead Tower’s high-rise office tower is physically connected to a luxury hotel and shopping mall on the same property, creating a series of wayfinding challenges for visitors to all three properties. Dyer Brown worked with property management to develop a new brand identity that better distinguishes Buckhead Tower from adjacent buildings on the property and conducted a thorough evaluation of the building approach, parking, and building entrance sequences from multiple access points to improve the user experience across the board. The resulting wayfinding design streamlines messaging with a consistent brand identity and creates a sense of destination at all building access points that guide employees and visitors more seamlessly through the entire property.
Patio:
Dyer Brown worked with property management at Buckhead Tower to conceptually redesign an existing plaza-level patio space that was under-utilized and detracted from the new brand identity we developed for them. The resulting design is more distinctly set apart from the main building entry and adjacent parking, creating a tenant-focused space with various leisure and outdoor working opportunities that re-envision this space as an all-season destination for existing and prospective tenants.
