Through an extensive space planning process & exploring potential expansions of varying sizes, we assisted Berman Capital Advisors with making the decision to relocate in lieu of an occupied renovation in order to achieve a Class A space that reflected their company brand. Shortly after they moved into their new space, we guided them through an expansion to satisfy growth needs that arose from their merger with Cresset Capital, carefully specifying and reallocating a mix of new and existing furnishings to thoughtfully blend both company identities in one unified space. The resulting design timelessly reflects Berman Cresset Capital’s longstanding reputation of trusted expertise as wealth advisors, alongside their culture of collaboration and approachability.
