In order to help the client attract high end tenants to the building, Dyer Brown designed a new front door as well as upgraded the arcade and walkway to create a simpler, cleaner aesthetic. The entry and lobby was transformed by incorporating in higher ceilings and installing frameless glass, allowing for more natural light to penetrate throughout the space. The glass also extends to the façade on the second level of the building. New windows were added to the 15th floor to create entrances to the building’s new rooftop terraces.
