Dyer Brown was chosen to design a complete building repositioning for 116 Huntington Avenue including a new entry lobby, upgrades to the façade, windows & exterior arcade, elevator cabs, a new 2-story penthouse, common corridor & restroom upgrades and new roof terraces.
The entry and lobby were transformed by incorporating higher ceilings and installing frameless glass, allowing for more natural light to penetrate throughout the space. In addition, new windows were added to the 15th floor to create entrances to the building’s new rooftop terraces.
