In conjunction with Smith Dalia Architects, Dyer Brown completed a full interior design package for eight studios, totaling 35 stories, and a two-story warehouse and two-story Administrative Building. The eight studios include production sets/sound stages, dressing rooms, hair and makeup, and offices with conferencing space, with studio three also having a pre-function event space. The warehouse scope included tool and material shops, a costume shop, prop storage, office space, and a workspace for set construction and other projects as needed. The Admin Building D has office spaces, rehearsal halls, a visitor center, and a dining area for the entire campus.
