Providing ongoing design services since 2013 for this national professional services firm, Dyer Brown works within existing design guidelines and collaborates with each end user team to incorporate influences of the geographic location and local culture. Each project targets a minimum level of LEED certification. Our most recent project completed for this client was an office designed to a large new ‘Hub’ office workplace strategy. The 115,000 SF space features agile private offices, ancillary spaces, community areas, a communicating stair, and a large outdoor terrace served by a café and barista. Originally designed in 2019, our team re-designed the space and strategy to respond to an even more mobile workforce for phase 01, followed by phase 02 in 2023, building on data and information gathered as the office was being used.
