For the physical space, our team drew from the charming, historic characteristics of the building as well as the energy of our location and culture - traits similar to that of a geode: a hard shell on the outside with an active core on the inside. Our front-facing coffee bar provides a comfortable spot to sit while waiting for a meeting or a place to chat with coworkers. Alternating light levels and accent fixtures seamlessly blend together, while layered hexagon elements are reflective of a geode's crystal lattice structure and reinforce the concept of “evolution” and “new direction.” Our conference rooms are named after crystals to represent the intended use of each space and to embody the energies, healing properties, and attributes of each crystal. The outcome of this design resulted in a new office that has set us up for success as we embark on our next 50 years.
