Dyer Brown was tasked to provide complete programming and design services for the reorganization, restack, and expansion of their headquarters campuses located in Waltham and Lexington. The first major campus renovation included a 30,000 SF floor of a single-story office building in Lexington and a 70,000 SF floor of Fresenius Medical Care’s headquarters building in Waltham. The team’s design has refreshed the overall aesthetic of the workspaces, encouraging increased interaction: impromptu breakout sessions, technology-driven presentations, or whiteboard-oriented team problem-solving.
