The new, three-floor fitness center is nearly double in size compared to the previous fitness center, and makes better use of the basement space that previously consisted of two sets of escalators and tunnels. Working within the building's existing complex infrastructure, Dyer Brown's design dedicates each floor to specific types of exercise. The main entrance and top floor houses a variety of cardio machines, a group fitness room, and a brand new indoor cycling room. Overlooking the bottom level, the middle floor houses the serenity spaces: a yoga/barre studio, locker and shower rooms, a sauna, and a virtual room to take online classes. The bottom floor is designed for high intensity workouts, featuring turf flooring, free weight areas, and weight racks.
