As Boston’s fifth-tallest building, One Boston Place is a prominent fixture on the skyline. Already home to many of the city’s real estate, law, financial, and corporate firms, Dyer Brown created two, distinct spec suites, offering prospective tenants a desired look and feel for each space.
Enhancing and expanding structurally-interrupted window views in both suites was a priority. The Dyer Brown team customized banquet seating benches in front of the convectors and induction units, allowing occupants to enjoy city panoramas while disguising the building’s less attractive infrastructure. An open reception in the classic suite further emphasizes the window line and natural light, creating a vignette of downtown Boston.
