Housed in a classic 1968 Graham Gund building, Dyer Brown updated One Bowdoin Square’s lobby and elevator cabs while maintaining the integrity of the postmodern design.
Dyer Brown’s design of the 1,516 SF lobby utilizes existing stone while new brass buttons highlight the original vaulted ceiling. An updated reception desk and new seating area anchor the archway to the elevators, and muted carpets with natural patterns soften the formality of the stone surfaces.
