Inspired by Red Heat Tavern’s fire-inspired cuisine and unique, imported Josper ovens — the heart and soul of their kitchen — Dyer Brown chose a copper-topped wraparound central bar to greet the open dining area, with wide-open views into the kitchen. The rustic-industrial palette presents metal finishes, white-washed pine, and hand-painted murals contrasting with hot red accents from banquettes, light fixtures, roll-up overhead doors, and ruddy tile grout.
