The David Companies hired Dyer Brown to lead the repositioning of this former Days Hotel near Harvard into a boutique hotel. Inspired by Allston’s historic artist community and edgy vibe, this art-inspired hotel features original work by local and New York-based artists in every space, including all guestrooms. The new design includes an expansive lobby and reception area, function rooms, a ballroom, fitness center, 117 guest rooms, collaborative suites, and a Cuban restaurant/bar with a 3 season outdoor patio.
